to improve your Spoken English, especially for Indian learners
English is a foreign
language and has been using widely in every business and for professional studies

The main issue with most of the students who find very much difficult to speak in English is their fear about the language. See English is not that much tough language. I can assure you if you have that zeal to learn English you can learn the language in a very short period of time. Comparing with other languages in the world, for instance Chinese or Japanese are some of the toughest language in the world I have learnt in my life. I know Chinese, Japanese, Bengali, Hindi, Sanskrit and English. But till date the most problem I have faced while learning Chinese and Japanese. But from my point of view you can learn this language in a quite serious way within 4-5 months you will have a grasp over the language. I myself an English language trainer and I have taught so many students and what I found that the fear of the language.
Think
in English and make a habit of it: -
Most of the student lack to speak in English because when they start to speak they just think in their mother language and try to covert it in English. This is no doubt a major problem. Just think in English and try to speak in English directly, do not think in your mother language, if you do it you will not be able to speak properly. Yes, it is true before that you need to have a good grasp over the language, like grammar, such as tense, transformation of sentences, stock of words and all. That you can do it with your own if you follow a good grammar book. There are lots of grammar books available in the market. Just start to read. And while you speak do not think what you are speaking it is correct or not, just interact with your friends more and more, just speak more, make a habit of it. Sometimes you can think if you tell anything incorrect language your listener will laugh, do not think of it, because you are in a learning process. Though, we all are in a learning process. As you know learning is an endless process and a life-long process. But if you start thinking before starting to learn the language, how would be know that where is your lacking? We all make mistakes and the only way to correct it to learn and learn and regarding spoken English you will have to speak more and more to make it habit and study grammar side by side, then surely will yourself will be able to understand what the mistakes you are doing and where you need to look for or correct for.

Try to make a list of new words and study it every day, e.g. if you study 50 words per day and after a few month you will be able to stock more than 3000-5000 vocabulary in your brain. So, my suggestion is that “Slow and Steady” but tries to make it a regular habit.

As you know very well, the more you listen the more you can get the power to speak in a language. About myself, I am a Bengali and Hindi speaking person I born and bought up in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. My medium of study was not in English, but in India all the boards and council must have English as a language, either the first language or the second language. But still you can think it is not enough to study. See, if you stay 2-3 years in Europe of in America or in Canada or Britain, I can assure you if you know English on an average in writing and reading, you will be an expert in speaking the language after a few years, because the utmost important thing is our surrounding. When you will go outside of your house and will buy something you will have to speak in English, when you will gossip with your friends you will have to speak in English and when you will be at your office you will have to speak in English with your colleagues. So, see as I have told you before, if you speak more you will learn more and if you listen more you will speak more. You can practice to record your own language to listen it later that you can identify what kind of mistakes you are doing.
